Alegro concept designs and executes cultural immersive itinerary exhibitions which use latest state of the art technology.
As a marketing creative director I am responsible for the creation of each exhibition's brands from scratch and drive marketing to promote the product. I have designed everything from the website and brand identity to editorial material. Right now, I am in charge of the marketing campaign supervision and creative direction.
Owned the creation and continued development of the brand maintaining accountability for overall quality, strategy, budget and timing of all creative output
Manage and co-ordinate work of external agency partners while attracting, mentoring, and forming a great internal creative team.
Develop bank of creative tools, templates, and style guides to facilitate production and maintain brand consistency across all global franchisees
Continually improve creative product, design, and development processes to gain efficiency, remove obstacles, focusing on final client's satisfaction and as a consequence an increase in sales
